This contract is binding for use of any facilities located at the county fairgrounds, 27 Rodeo Road, Las Vegas, NM, and constitutes an agreement between the

and the San Miguel/Mora County Fair Association.

Purpose of Use & Date(s)




Individuals must secure insurance coverage approved by the County Risk Management Office and provide a certificate of insurance from a reputable provider. A user fee of $50 per day will be charged. A damage deposit of $100 and a deposit of $50 for cleaning must be placed with the SM/M County Fair Association. (Total = $150 deposit before facility use schedule is confirmed.) I understand that these are refundable if there is no damage to facilities and they are left clean. If there are damages to the facilities greater than the amount of the deposit, the User will be billed the difference and the deposit will not be refunded. If the facilities are not left clean, the deposit will be forfeited to cover expenses and time spent for cleaning after your group or hauling trash. NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ARE EXEMPT FROM USER FEES AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS. They will be assessed damage and cleaning costs if any are incurred.
